This space was built for you.

You don't have to split yourself up just to care for yourself.

Bring the whole you - your goals, your fears, your messy middle.

That's where we start.

ACE-Certified Trainer | Air Force Vet | Trans Guy | Dog Dad | Still Figuring It Out

I’ve been coaching folks in fitness and nutrition for over 14 years. Got certified back in 2011. Spent years training people in gyms—then moved everything online after the pandemic to make it more accessible. Especially for people like us.

I started my own transition when I was 27. Now I’m 42, married to my trans wife, and still learning new things about how to care for my body.

I’ve been the person obsessed with macros. I’ve been burned out. I’ve overtrained. I’ve dealt with dysphoria. I’ve had weeks where I couldn’t bring myself to open the workout app.

And all of that made me a better coach.

Now I work with queer and trans folks—plus anyone who’s felt left out or overlooked in traditional fitness spaces.

How I Coach

This isn’t a bootcamp. This isn’t a shred challenge. This is coaching that fits your real life.

I’ll help you build something that feels doable. And that lasts.

Here’s how I usually work with people:

  • We talk about your goals, yes. But we also talk about your life.

  • I build a plan around that. Not around some idea of what you "should" be doing.

  • We focus on showing up, not being perfect.

  • Some weeks you hit all your workouts. Some weeks you're just trying to drink more water and sleep better. Both are valid.

  • I stay in touch, check in, and adjust as we go. No stress. Just progress, whatever that looks like for you.

I don't want you to obsess over fitness. I want you to feel better in your body, so you can go live your life.

Why Transform Fitness?

Because most fitness spaces weren’t built for people like us.

Because trans bodies deserve better than “before and after.”

Because fat folks and neurodivergent folks and people with trauma deserve support that actually works for them.

Because movement can be care, not punishment.

I’ve worked with people at all kinds of starting points. Some wanted to gain muscle.

Some just wanted to stop starting over. Some were trying to feel okay in their body again.

There’s room here for all of that.

Some Stuff About Me

(not the polished version)

  • I love deadlifts. Hate burpees.

  • I drink my coffee black. I’ve tried to change that. Can’t.

  • I’m obsessed with good sleep. I’ll remind you to stretch before bed.

  • I’ve got two dogs. They’re both needy in different ways.

  • Some days I train hard. Some days I go for a walk and call it good.

Wanna work together?

If you’re ready to start moving different—on your terms—I’d love to support you.

You don’t need to hit rock bottom first.

You don’t need to have a “perfect” week.

You don’t need to change who you are.

You just need to take the next step.
