REAL STORIES FROM REAL CLIENTS

Fitness can be personal, scary, and sometimes pretty damn vulnerable.

These stories show what's possible when you're met with support instead of shame.

A lot of queer and trans folks come to me during a shift—physically, emotionally, or both.

I’ve been through my own transformation, and I know how hard it is to find support that actually gets it.

These are real stories from people who showed up, trusted the process, and found something solid on the other side.

If you're ready, I’d love to help you do the same.

- Trey

Blake White

I started working with Trey because I needed to lose weight fast for an event. That was the short-term goal.

But what actually happened went way beyond that. I dropped the weight, yeah—but I also got my A1C down from 13 to 5.1. I was able to lower my meds. I’m using way less insulin now.

I’m autistic and diabetic, and Trey worked with all of that. He never made me feel like I was difficult or too much. He just helped me feel better—stronger, more clear-headed, more capable.

This wasn’t just about weight loss. I actually feel like myself again.

Ty Velasco

I didn’t think I needed a coach, I just wanted help getting consistent with food and movement.

A year later, I was down 50 pounds and felt more confident than I had in a long time.

Trey never made it weird. He just gave me small things to work on that actually stuck. I still think about what he taught me, even though we don’t work together anymore. That’s how much it helped.

Will Poff

I’ve been working with Trey for a while now. Almost two years.

What I really appreciate is that he pays attention to more than just workouts. He helped me through body image stuff, sleep problems, and just feeling off in my body.

I’ve gotten stronger, lost weight, and actually kept up a routine even with travel and everything else. That never used to happen for me.

He’s the kind of coach who actually listens.

Emy Brown

I signed up to get in shape for my wedding. That was the goal.

But I stayed way longer because Trey made me feel like I could actually do this. I lost 60 pounds, got stronger, competed in Highland Games and powerlifting—stuff I never thought I’d do.

Even when I tore my pec, he helped me work through it. He’s just solid. Knows his stuff, doesn’t make you feel bad when life happens.

Working with him changed more than just my body.

JayJay Mudridge

I’m a nonbinary trans guy and autistic, so fitness has always felt complicated for me.

Trey just got it. He explained things in ways that made sense. Never rushed me or pushed stuff that didn’t feel right.

He helped me understand how to eat in a way that worked for me and made movement feel safe again. That was huge.

It was one of the first times I felt like a coach really saw me.

Cooper Trevino

Trey helped me figure out how to work with my body instead of against it.

He supported me through injury stuff, nutrition, testosterone changes—you name it.

He doesn’t sugarcoat things, but that’s part of why I trust him. He’s always been real with me, even when I wasn’t making it easy.

I still check in with him sometimes. That should tell you something.

Elijah Palles

I started around 160 pounds and dropped 30, while building muscle at the same time.

But more than that, I won Mr. Trans USA during that time. Working with Trey gave me a kind of confidence I didn’t have before.

He explains things in a way that’s easy to follow and never makes you feel dumb. I was nervous about getting a trainer, but this worked.

If you’re on the fence, just go for it.

Michael

I’ve been training with Trey close to a year.

I’ve lost 20 pounds, dropped belly fat, and feel more stable. Like literally, my balance and movement feel more solid.

His workouts are simple but effective. Nothing overwhelming. He checks in, makes sure you’re doing okay, and actually cares.

It’s been a good fit for me.
