Eligibility is determined by our licensed medical partner based on your health history, BMI, and other clinical factors. Transform Fitness doesn't make medical eligibility decisions — that's handled entirely by licensed providers. The application walks you through the criteria so you know before you apply whether it's likely to be a fit.
Both are GLP-1 receptor agonists that work by reducing appetite and slowing digestion. Tirzepatide is a newer dual-action medication that also targets GIP receptors, and clinical trials have shown strong results for weight loss and metabolic health. Your medical provider will help determine which is more appropriate based on your health history and goals.
The most common side effects are nausea, fatigue, and digestive changes — especially in the early weeks as your body adjusts to the medication. Most people find these manageable and they typically lessen over time. Your medical provider will walk you through what to expect and how to manage side effects as part of your clinical oversight.
If you're not approved for the medication or it isn't the right fit clinically, you won't be charged for something that doesn't work for you. The medical review happens before any commitment to a full program. The BeSeen platform is still available independently if you want workout and nutrition support without the medication component.
Yes. The fitness and nutrition support through Transform Fitness is fully queer and trans-centered — your identity, your pronouns, and your transition history are handled with care, not as complications. Our licensed medical partner is briefed on the specific needs of trans clients including HRT interactions and relevant health considerations.
